Gather your family and friends for a little Italian-inspired fun during the holiday break! Whether you're entertaining out-of-town guests, spending time with family, or just ready for something other than turkey and leftovers, this hands-on cooking class is the perfect way to keep the holiday festivities going. We'll roll up our sleeves and dive into the art of homemade pasta, crafting fresh fettuccine and pillowy pumpkin ricotta gnocchi. With comforting Italian flavors, a seasonal twist, and a sweet finish, this menu is all about bringing people together around the table. It's a fun and delicious way to spend the holiday weekend without having to cook another big meal at home! ***MENU:Caesar Salad; Fettuccine with Meaty Marinara; Pumpkin Ricotta Gnocchi with Sage Brown Butter Sauce; Cheesecake with Cranberry Sauce. Menu Contains: wheat, egg, milk, meat, pork, alcohol ***menu cannot be made wheat, egg, or milk free*** CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
