Slow down and savor the holiday weekend with a cozy brunch that's perfect for gathering with family and friends. In this hands-on class, you'll prepare an elegant seasonal brunch featuring comforting flavors, fresh winter ingredients, and a few elevated techniques that are sure to impress at your next holiday gathering. Whether you're hosting brunch or simply looking for a festive way to spend the morning, you'll leave with delicious recipes and plenty of inspiration for the season ahead. MENU: Brown Butter Hollandaise Eggs Benedict; Winter Citrus Salad with Candied Pecans & Citrus Vinaigrette; Bacon & Rosemary Breakfast Potatoes; Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding with Buttered Rum Caramel. Menu contains: wheat, milk, eggs, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
