Cozy up for a candlelit fall date night built around one seriously delicious dinner. You and your favorite person will create an elegant, restaurant-worthy meal featuring tender beef, rich seasonal flavors, and a decadent dessert. It’s the perfect excuse to slow down, sip something you love, and enjoy a special night together before the holiday season gets into full swing. MENU: Baked Brie en Croûte with Cranberry-Pecan Compote; Sauteed Green Beans with Lemon and Almonds; Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Shallot Sauce; Creme Fraiche and Chive Mashed Potatoes; Salted Caramel Bread Pudding with Bourbon Crème Anglaise Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Meat, Alcohol, Menu contains dairy, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, pork, meat, alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
