Join us for a delicious evening inspired by the bold flavors, indulgent sides, and perfectly cooked steaks of your favorite upscale steakhouse. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you'll discover the secrets to preparing a restaurant-worthy meal, from mastering steak preparation and creating a rich port wine sauce to elevating classic steakhouse sides. Along the way, you'll build kitchen confidence, pick up tips and techniques you can recreate at home, and enjoy every delicious bite of your hard work. Whether you're joining us with friends, your favorite person, or flying solo, come hungry and ready for a night of great food and hands-on fun! MENU: Crisp Wedge Salad with Bacon, Blue Cheese Dressing & Over-Easy Egg; Buttery Green Beans; Luscious Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Sweet & Spicy Steak with Port Wine Sauce; and Classic Sticky Toffee Pudding (Your New Favorite Dessert!) Menu contains milk, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, fish, meat, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
