Service Description
Make this holiday season your most delicious yet with a collection of elegant small plates designed to wow your guests without keeping you in the kitchen all day. In this festive hands-on class, you'll create restaurant-worthy appetizers, seasonal bites, and a decadent dessert that are perfect for cocktail parties, open houses, family gatherings, and New Year's celebrations. These impressive recipes are easy to recreate at home and guaranteed to become favorites long after the holidays are over. MENU: Asian Pork Meatballs with Spicy Cranberry Glaze; Crispy Smashed Baby Potatoes with Whipped Feta & Hot Honey; Parmesan Puff Pastry Asparagus Twists with Lemon Aioli; Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp; Mini Peppermint Chocolate Cheesecakes. Menu Contains: Wheat, milk, egg, shellfish, soy, sesame, alcohol, pork. CLASS TIME: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
