In this premium hands-on date night, you'll prepare a luxurious meal inspired by the finest restaurants, featuring perfectly cooked steak, elevated sides, and a decadent chocolate dessert worthy of a special celebration. Whether you're planning an unforgettable holiday date night or looking for inspiration for your own Christmas table, this five-star menu is designed to impress from the first bite to the last. MENU: Five-Star Wedge Salad with Herb Bleu Cheese Dressing, Bacon & Tomatoes; Truffle Mashed Potatoes; Haricots Verts with Brown Butter & Toasted Almonds; Steak au Poivre; Flourless Chocolate Cake with Bailey's Whipped Cream. Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, fish, soy, meat, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
