Service Description
We’re cranking up the holiday cheer and going all-in on indulgence! If you’ve loved our butter, bacon, or booze classes, this one takes it to the next level with festive twists, European elegance, and plenty of rich, cozy comfort. It’s the kind of holiday feast where the calories don’t count, the laughter is abundant, and the good times flow as freely as the libations. And to finish the night, you’ll enjoy one of our favorite traditions — a dessert we only make once a year. Menu: Prancer’s Pretzels with Warm Winter Ale Cheese Sauce; Blitzen’s Bacon Butter Haricots Verts; Tipsy Taters with Drunken Mustard Cream; Individual Beef Wellington Vol au Vents with Holiday Red Wine Jus; Ginger Rum Bundt Cake (our once-a-year holiday tradition!) Menu Contains: Wheat, milk, egg, meat, pork, alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Through October 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
