Trade the slopes for the kitchen and cozy up for an après-ski inspired date night! This wintery menu is packed with warm, comforting flavors worthy of a fireside lodge after a day in the snow. Grab your favorite person and settle in for a fun night of cooking, eating, and escaping the post-holiday chill—no skis required. MENU: Warm Pretzel Bites with Creamy Beer Cheese; Winter Greens Salad with Apples & Maple Dijon Vinaigrette; Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes; Crispy Chicken Schnitzel with Lemon-Dijon Cream; Hot Chocolate Brownie Sundaes with Salted Caramel & Toasted Marshmallows Menu Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, fish, soy, meat, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Liquor of any kind is strictly prohibited. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
