Service Description
Celebrate the season with a touch of luxury in this holiday-inspired cooking class. Together, we’ll craft a festive menu that’s equal parts cozy and elegant, featuring the classic showpiece dish — Beef Wellington. From a sparkling starter to decadent sides and a rich seasonal dessert, this is the perfect holiday date night or friends’ night out. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate a stunning holiday dinner that’s sure to impress. MENU: Yorkshire Pudding Popovers; Brussels Sprouts with Maple Apple Vinaigrette and Cranberries; Drunken Mustard Mashed Potatoes; Classic Beef Wellington With Port Wine Pan Sauce; Sticky Toffee Pudding. Menu Contains: Wheat, shellfish, milk, egg, meat, pork, alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Through October 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
