'Tis the season for rich flavors, cozy comfort food, and a little holiday indulgence! In this hands-on class, you'll create a festive meal filled with buttery favorites, slow-cooked classics, and just the right touch of boozy flair. Whether you're gathering around the holiday table or simply craving a comforting winter supper, these recipes are sure to warm your home and become seasonal favorites for years to come. MENU: Creamy Wine Kissed Tomato Soup with Pesto Butter Grilled Cheese Croutons; Maple Brandy Butter Glazed Carrots; Drunken Mustard Mashed Potatoes; Red Wine Braised Short Ribs; Warm Apple Cranberry Galette with Salted Bourbon Caramel Sauce and Ice Cream Menu Contains: Wheat, dairy, egg, meat, alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
