Step into the warmth and charm of an Italian bakery this holiday season and learn to create festive sweets inspired by timeless Italian traditions. In this hands-on baking workshop, you'll master a collection of bakery favorites while picking up techniques that will help you recreate these impressive treats for family gatherings, holiday celebrations, and cookie trays all season long. MENU: Classic Sicilian Marsala-Kissed Cannoli with Orange-Cinnamon Ricotta Filling & Mini Chocolate Chips; Pignoli Cookies (Soft Almond Cookies with Assorted Nuts); Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti; Boozy Tiramisu. Menu Contains: Wheat, dairy, egg, tree nuts, soy, alcohol. ***menu cannot be made wheat, milk, or egg free*** CLASS TIME: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
