Steeped in history and influenced by European, Caribbean, and African cultures, Cajun food is the product of a truly unique melting pot of tradition, food and music. Often considered synonymous to Creole, Cajun cuisine comes with its own specific set of spices and ingredients. Join us for a laid back culinary tour of Cajun food and you’ll feel like you were born on the Bayou! Laissez les bons temps roulez! (Let the good times roll!) MENU: Hot Muffaletta Dip & Creole Crostini; Red Beans & Rice, All Dressed-Up Shrimp Po’Boy; Cafe Du Mond Style Beignets with Café au Lait Sauce Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, meat, shellfish Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
