Celebrate spring with a sweet baking adventure inspired by the flavors and charm of Easter! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create two beloved French treats: delicate macarons and buttery madeleines with a festive, Easter-ready twist. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the art of macaron making, from whipping and folding the batter to piping perfect shells and filling them with a delicious lemon curd filling. Then the fun begins as you decorate your macarons to look like adorable little Easter chicks. You’ll also bake classic madeleines, those soft, shell-shaped French cakes, and transform them into sweet bunny-inspired treats—perfect for Easter brunch, spring celebrations, or gifting. Whether you're brand new to baking or looking to sharpen your pastry skills, this beginner-friendly class will help you master techniques, build confidence, and leave with a box of charming treats that are almost too cute to eat. CLASS TIME: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
