Got spring fever? So do we. Shake off winter and step into the season with a menu that’s bright, fresh, and just indulgent enough to feel like a celebration. This class is all about welcoming warmer days with vibrant flavors, seasonal ingredients, and dishes that feel light, elegant, and full of life. You’ll cook your way through a spring-inspired menu that balances fresh herbs, citrus, and tender produce with just the right amount of richness. It’s the perfect night out for date night, friends, or anyone ready to trade cozy comfort food for something a little more flirty and fresh. MENU: Smoked Salmon Dill Crostini; Lemony Asparagus Sauté; Pea and Pistachio Risotto; Lamb Chops with Mint Herb Sauce; and Mini Lemon Pies. Menu contains fish, gluten, meat, egg, peanut, dairy BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
