You don’t have to leave the country to experience different types of cuisine, just visit The Foodie School to teach you the cuisine of the Pacific Northwest. This melting pot of the USA includes many different types of cuisines influenced by people from all over the world interspersed with wonderful produce, fresh seafood and even coffee! MENU: Crab Cake with Tarragon Aioli; Warm Farro Salad; Wild Mushroom Ragout; Cedar Plank Salmon; Chocolate Espresso Cake with Coffee Cream Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Fish, Soy, Alcohol BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
