Spice things up with a hands-on Thai-inspired date night designed for cooking, laughing, and sharing something delicious together. You and your partner will work side by side learning approachable Thai techniques, balancing sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors as you create a restaurant-worthy meal from scratch. This class is all about connection — cooking together, tasting together, and enjoying the experience in the moment. Perfect for couples looking for a fun night out with a little heat and a lot of flavor. MENU: Golden Crispy Shrimp Rolls with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce; Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing; Shrimp Pad Thai; Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. Menu contains peanuts, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, wheat, alcohol BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
