Celebrate Mother’s Day with an elegant evening in the kitchen as we create a dinner worthy of the most important woman in your life. In this hands-on class, our chef will guide you through preparing a beautiful, steakhouse-inspired menu filled with classic techniques and luxurious flavors. From perfectly seared steak with a rich red wine shallot sauce to decadent sides and a truly indulgent chocolate finale, this class is all about cooking a meal that feels special enough for the occasion. Whether you’re bringing Mom along or learning to recreate a memorable dinner for her at home, it’s the perfect way to celebrate with great food, great company, and a toast to Mom. MENU: Crab Cake w. Mixed Green Salad & Champagne Vinaigrette, Green Beans Amandine, Parmesan Truffle Potato Gratin, Pan Seared Steak with Red Wine Shallot Sauce, and Death by chocolate Cake! Menu contains: wheat, shellfish, egg, milk, alcohol BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
