Fire up the flavor and bring spring to the grill in this fresh, hands-on cooking experience inspired by bold Greek flavors and warm-weather cooking. In this class, we’ll focus on simple techniques that let great ingredients shine — grilling, seasoning, and balancing bright citrus with herbs and savory richness. You’ll learn how to build a cohesive, grill-forward meal that feels perfect for entertaining, whether it’s a relaxed weeknight dinner or a backyard gathering with friends. Expect plenty of interaction, big flavors, and that irresistible fire-kissed taste that makes everything feel like a celebration of the season. This class is light, vibrant, and designed to leave you feeling inspired (and well fed), with recipes you’ll want to make all summer long. MENU: Whipped Feta with Warm Grilled Pitas; Warm Lemon Orzo Salad; Grilled Zucchini, Red Onion & Tomato Skewers; Lamb Souvlaki with Grilled Lemon Tzatziki; Pistachio Baklava with Spiced Citrus Honey Soak Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Meat, Alcohol, Egg CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
