Service Description

Transport yourself to the sun-drenched south of France, where fresh herbs, ripe vegetables, and bright citrus define the table. In this hands-on class, we’ll cook our way through a springtime Provençal meal inspired by the flavors and rhythms of life in the French countryside — simple, seasonal, and deeply satisfying. You’ll learn how to layer flavor using herbs, olive oil, and citrus, turning humble ingredients into a meal that feels both rustic and elegant. This class is all about cooking food that feels joyful and relaxed, the kind meant to be shared slowly with good company and a glass of something lovely. It’s a perfect spring escape — no passport required. MENU: Provençal Vegetable & Herb Soup (Soupe au Pistou); Summer Vegetable Ratatouille; Pillowy Parisian Gnocchi with Butter & Herbs; Lemon & Basil Roasted Chicken, Provençal-Style; Classic French Lemon Tart (Tarte au Citron) Menu Contains Wheat, Milk, Egg, Meat, Alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
