Service Description
Slip away for the evening to the rolling hills of wine country, where meals are unhurried, glasses are refilled, and the food is meant to be savored. In this hands-on date night class, you’ll cook a winery-inspired menu built around the flavors of the harvest — sweet grapes, rich cheeses, fresh herbs, and slow-simmered sauces that feel both rustic and refined. This experience is all about lingering: cooking together, sharing bites as you go, and enjoying a meal that feels like it belongs at a countryside table. It’s the perfect night for reconnecting, celebrating, or simply pretending you’ve escaped for the weekend — no packing required. This class is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle to enjoy while you cook. Not sure what to bring? We’re happy to recommend a wine pairing — just email us ahead of time and we’ll point you in the right direction. MENU: Crispy Flatbread with Grilled Grapes and Prosciutto; Haricots Verts with Balsamic Butter; Creamy Polenta with Wine-Aged Cheese; Chicken a la Vendemmia (red grape sauce); Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Red Wine Berry Sauce. Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, meat, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
