Skip the reservations and step into a candlelit evening of classic steakhouse indulgence. In this hands-on date night class, you’ll learn the simple techniques steakhouses rely on to turn everyday ingredients into a truly elegant meal — all in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Together, we’ll build a menu that’s rich, comforting, and unapologetically indulgent, the kind of dinner meant to be savored slowly with someone special. Whether it’s a celebration or just a well-deserved night out, this experience delivers all the romance of a steakhouse dinner without the white tablecloths or the wait. MENU: Warm Crab Dip with Garlic Crostini; Creamed Spinach; Loaded Baked Potatoes; Sautéed Steaks with Bourbon Cream Sauce; Death By Chocolate Cake. Menu contains shellfish, milk, wheat, egg, pork, meat, alcohol (gluten-free option available with advance notice via e-mail) CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
