Wander your way through the flavors, aromas, and energy of an Asian night market without ever leaving the kitchen. In this hands-on class, you’ll cook a lineup of bold, street-food–inspired dishes designed for sharing, grazing, and tasting as you go — just like you would on a late-night food crawl. This experience is fast-paced, fun, and full of contrast: crispy, fresh, savory, sweet, and everything in between. You’ll learn approachable techniques you can use again and again, all while building a meal that feels like an adventure. It’s perfect for friends, date nights, or anyone who loves trying a little bit of everything. MENU: Crispy Korean Wings, Kimchi Cucumbers, Veggie Pad Thai Noodles; Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork; Banana Springrolls with Coconut Caramel Menu contains soy, wheat, egg, fish, milk, sesame, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
