There’s something undeniably romantic about sushi — the careful craftsmanship, the shared plates, the feeling of lingering over one more bite. In this hands-on date night class, you and your partner will learn how to create beautiful, restaurant-worthy sushi together in a relaxed, fun setting. We’ll guide you through the techniques behind rolling, shaping, and balancing flavors so you can confidently recreate the experience at home, whether it’s for a special occasion or a spontaneous night in. Expect a playful, interactive evening with plenty of tasting along the way and a sweet finish to round it all out. Perfect for couples, first dates, anniversaries, or anyone who believes cooking together is the best kind of date. MENU: Crispy Rice Squares with Spicy Tuna; Chili Crunch Cucumber Salad; Philadelphia Rolls; Fried Shrimp and Avocado Dragon Roll; Green Tea Ice Cream Sundaes. Menu contains dairy, eggs, soybeans, fish, shellfish, wheat and alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
