Celebrate the flavors of spring the Southern way — with fresh ingredients, comforting classics, and a table meant for lingering. In this hands-on class, we’ll cook a menu inspired by porch dinners, family gatherings, and the kind of meals that feel like sunshine on a plate. You’ll learn simple techniques for creating big flavor, from perfectly crispy chicken to tender biscuits and bright, refreshing sides. The evening finishes on a sweet, nostalgic note with a Southern dessert that’s as joyful as it is delicious. This class is relaxed, welcoming, and designed to feel like the best kind of spring supper — shared, comforting, and full of charm. MENU: Pimento Cheese Deviled Egg with Pickled Pepper Relish; Cucumber and Onion Salad; Fried Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuits with Spring Herb Butter; Hummingbird Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing. Menu contains wheat, milk, meat, eggs, treenuts CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
