There’s nothing more comforting than a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs — and in this hands-on class, we’re bringing that classic back to the table with a fresh, spring twist. You’ll learn how to build bold, balanced flavors from simple ingredients, from a bright house salad to tender herb-packed meatballs and freshly cooked pasta tossed in marinara. We’ll round out the evening with a timeless Italian-American dessert that’s light, creamy, and perfect for spring entertaining. This is the kind of meal that feels like Sunday supper, no matter what day of the week it is. MENU: Italian House Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette; Spring Herb Butter Garlic Bread; Classic Herb and Parmesan Meatballs with Fresh Spaghetti and Marinara Sauce; Tiramisu Menu contains wheat, milk, meat, egg, pork, alcohol **cannot be made wheat or egg free** CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
