Step into the warmth of a cozy Italian café for an evening of comfort, flavor, and just a hint of romance. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create the kind of meal that turns an ordinary night into something special — the kind of food meant to be lingered over, shared, and enjoyed by candlelight. Together, we’ll focus on classic Italian techniques, building layers of flavor, and creating a restaurant-worthy experience you can easily recreate at home. Whether you’re coming with a date, a friend, or treating yourself to a night out, this class is designed to feel like a mini escape — no passport required. Menu: Bruschetta with Spring Herb Goat Cheese and Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes, Caesar Salad; Chicken Parmesan with Fresh Marinara; New York Cheesecake with Cherry Sauce Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Meat, Alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
