From the highlands of Peru to its vibrant cities, South America’s culinary traditions are a celebration of bold flavors and diverse influences. In this hands-on class, we’ll dive into Peru’s rich cuisine—blending indigenous ingredients with European and Asian touches. You’ll craft a colorful, flavor-packed menu inspired by the flavors of Peru and walk away with a new set of recipes you’ll want to make again and again. MENU: Yucca Fries with Aji Amarillo Sauce, Grilled Peruvian Purple Potatoes with Aji Verde, Stirfried Ginger Garlic Soy Green Beans; Peruvian Spiced Roasted Chicken with Rocoto Sauce, Lime Kissed Tres Leches Cake Menu contains meat, wheat, milk, eggs, soy; alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
