Strawberry season is in full swing here in the South, and we’re celebrating with the sweetest cake class of the summer. In this hands-on decorating workshop, you’ll learn how to create an adorable vintage-inspired strawberry cake complete with soft pink buttercream, delicate piping details, charming strawberry accents, and ribbon finishing touches worthy of a bakery window display. Jessica Tiner of Frosted by Jess will guide you step-by-step through essential cake decorating techniques including smooth frosting application, vintage shell borders, piping methods, decorative detailing, and cake styling tips to help you create a cake that feels playful, nostalgic, and completely summer-ready. Each guest will decorate and take home their own fully finished 6" cake, perfect for birthdays, brunches, girls’ nights, or simply celebrating strawberry season in style. No experience necessary — just bring your sweet tooth and your creativity. Menu: Vanilla Cake, Vanilla Buttercream & Strawberry Jam Filling + a light savory snack BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
