Come take a journey to a “magical” region in Northern Africa that has long been known for its rich culture and cuisine, the Kingdom of Morocco. Moroccan dishes are rich in spices and diverse in flavor and textures. After this class, you’ll feel like you’ve taken a trip to an exotic land. MENU: Moroccan Flat Bread with Zaalouk (Eggplant & Tomato Purée); Orange Mint Couscous Salad; Moroccan Roasted Vegetables; Grilled Kefta (Seasoned Ground Beef & Lamb Skewers); Pistachio Baklava Pinwheels with Honey and Ice Cream. Menu contains wheat, meat, tree nuts, dairy, eggs Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Cancellation Policy

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. 48 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled. COVID-19: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, we ask that you DO NOT attend class. Please cancel and you will receive a future class credit.
