Come on down and dig into the flavors of the Lowcountry! In this hands-on class, you’ll cook your way through a lineup of Southern favorites—think rich, comforting dishes, coastal influences, and plenty of bold flavor. It’s all about good food, good company, and bringing a little Southern soul into your kitchen. MENU: Old Bay Fried Green Tomatoes with Buttermilk Ranch; Lemon Garlic Green Beans; Sherry Kissed Shrimp & Grits with Andouille Sausage and Bacon; Fluffy Southern Biscuits w. Cinnamon Butter; Bourbon Bread Pudding with Strawberries and Cream. Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Fish, Alcohol, Pork CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
