Slip away for the evening and experience the warmth, spice, and romance of a Moroccan-inspired night out. This date night is all about bold flavors, shared plates, and a little bit of magic as you and your partner cook side by side. Moroccan cuisine is known for its intoxicating blend of spices, fresh herbs, and the perfect balance of savory and sweet—and in this hands-on class, you’ll bring those elements to life in a menu that’s as vibrant as it is satisfying. From fragrant, slow-building flavors to rich, honey-kissed finishes, every dish is designed to feel a little indulgent and a lot unforgettable. Come ready to cook, connect, and get just a little swept away. MENU: Homemade Moroccan Flat Bread with Zaalouk (Roasted Eggplant & Spiced Tomato Dip); Orange Mint Couscous Salad; Moroccan Spice Roasted Vegetables; Grilled Kefta (Seasoned Ground Beef & Lamb Skewers); Pistachio Baklava with Honey and Ice Cream. Menu contains wheat, meat, tree nuts, milk, eggs CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! Cancellation Policy
1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
