Spice up your summer with a taco night that goes way beyond the basics. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to build bold, flavor-packed tacos from scratch—layering fresh salsas, vibrant toppings, and perfectly cooked proteins. From crispy chips and house-made salsas to warm tortillas and fire-kissed fillings, every element is designed to bring big flavor with a chef-driven twist. You’ll mix, grill, and build your way through a menu that’s equal parts fun and elevated. Come hungry, get hands-on, and get ready to take taco night to the next level. Menu: Charred Salsa Verde and Tableside Style Guacamole with Fresh Fried Chips, Mexican Street Corn: Shrimp with Chili Lime Honey Glaze Tacos & Triple Citrus Mojo Pork Tacos with Homemade Corn Tortillas and Poblano Lime Crema; Sopapillas with tequila Kissed Strawberry Salsa Menu contains: wheat, egg, milk, meat CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
