Ready to spice up your night? In this hands-on Thai cooking class, you’ll roll, toss, and stir-fry your way through a fresh and vibrant menu inspired by Southeast Asia’s boldest flavors. From crisp summer rolls and tangy larb lettuce cups to savory shrimp pad Thai and sweet sticky rice with mango, every dish is packed with color, crunch, and craveable spice. Whether you're cooking with a date, a friend, or just for fun, this class is your ticket to a flavor-packed night out. MENU: Summer Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce; Larb Chicken Lettuce Cups; Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing; Shrimp Pad Thai; Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. Menu contains peanuts, shellfish, fish; wheat; soy, sesame, meat (Menu can be made Gluten sensitive friendly with advance notice via e-mail) CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
