Service Description
Get ready to bring the heat with a hands-on hibachi night full of flavor and fun! You’ll sear and sauté on the griddle, fold dumplings from scratch, and fire up the wok to build bold, crave-worthy dishes. Along the way, you’ll create your own fortune cookies for a playful twist that makes this class as entertaining as it is delicious. MENU: Traditional Pork Gyoza with Savory Soy Dipping Sauce; Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing; Hibachi Rice; Steak, Shrimp & Vegetable Stir-Fry; and Homemade Fortune Cookie Sundaes Menu contains pork, soy, wheat, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, meat CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
