In this hands-on class, you and your “amore” will create a beautifully balanced meal from scratch—layering fresh flavors, mastering a few timeless techniques, and enjoying every bite along the way. With warm ambiance, comforting dishes, and just the right touch of indulgence, it’s the perfect recipe for a memorable evening together. Come ready to cook, connect, and savor la dolce vita—Foodie School style. MENU: Grilled Bruschetta with Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes; Grilled Lemon Caesar Salad; Chicken Parmesan with Fresh Marinara and Homemade Fettuccine; and Limoncello Strawberries with Mascarpone Cream MENU contains milk, wheat, fish, egg, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
