Service Description
Spend your Sunday afternoon baking up a little taste of fall! 🍎 In this hands-on macaron workshop, Foodie School Pastry Chef Joy Ludwigg McNutt will guide you through the art of creating adorable apple-shaped French macarons, perfect for celebrating the start of apple season. You’ll learn the techniques behind making beautiful macarons from start to finish, including preparing and piping the batter, achieving that signature smooth shell and delicate “foot,” and assembling your finished macarons with seasonal fall-inspired fillings. Chef Joy will share her tips and techniques for tackling one of baking’s most famously finicky treats, helping take some of the mystery out of making macarons at home. Then you’ll transform your shells into a bushel of colorful red and green apples that are almost too cute to eat! Whether you’re looking to sharpen your baking skills or simply spend a cozy Sunday afternoon in the kitchen, join us for a sweet celebration of apple season and take home your handmade macarons to enjoy. 🍏✨ CLASS TIME: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue!
