Service Description
Celebrate the flavors of fall with a cozy, hands-on meal inspired by the Appalachian Mountains. In this class, you'll prepare a hearty harvest feast featuring seasonal ingredients, comforting Southern flavors, and time-honored cooking techniques. From crispy favorites to slow-simmered classics and a sweet finish, you'll leave with delicious recipes perfect for gathering around the table all autumn long. MENU: Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Aioli; Apple Cider-Braised Chicken; Sweet Potato Mash with Sorghum Butter; Sauteed Collard Greens with Bacon; Spiced Apple Cake with Maple Glaze. Menu contains dairy, eggs, and wheat, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
