Service Description
If "y'all" is part of your everyday vocabulary and you believe butter is its own food group, this is the class for you! Join us for a hands-on evening celebrating the rich, comforting flavors of a Southern autumn. We'll prepare a cozy, seasonal meal inspired by classic Southern hospitality, featuring hearty dishes, comforting techniques, and plenty of down-home charm. Come hungry, bring your Southern spirit, and y'all come back now, ya hear? MENU: Pimento Cheese Fondue; Apple & Onion Braised Greens; Maple Sweet Potato Biscuits; Chicken Fried Pork Chop with Black Pepper Gravy; Mississippi Mud Cake Menu contains dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts and alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. We will remain BYOB through September 2026. October 1- 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Liquor of any kind is strictly prohibited. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
