Step into the vibrant world of Korean cuisine with this hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to craft bold, authentic flavors using traditional ingredients and techniques. With savory marinades and fermented flavor punches, you’ll discover the magic behind Korea’s most beloved dishes. Whether you’re a K-food enthusiast or a curious home cook, this class will leave you inspired and ready to recreate these delicious flavors in your own kitchen. MENU: Buchujeon (Chive and Shrimp Pancake with Savory Soy Dipping Sauce); Kimchi Cucumbers; Japchae (Stir Fried Glass Noodles); Beef Bulgogi; Hotteok (Nut and Cinnamon Sugar Stuffed Pancake) Menu contains soy, wheat, milk, egg, sesame, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. We will remain BYOB through September 2026. October 1- 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Liquor of any kind is strictly prohibited. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
