Service Description
Each day of Foodie Summer Camp is built around a unique theme and core culinary skills that campers will explore through hands-on cooking experiences. Campers will be split into two groups of 8–9, each led by one of our professional chef instructors. This small-group structure ensures a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all. CLASS TIME: MONDAY – FRIDAY, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM At the end of the week, parents are invited to join us on Friday for a special luncheon, prepared and served by your young chef! DAY 1 – “At Grandma’s House” MENU: Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Dunkers; Buttery Green Beans; Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes; Mamaw’s Fried Chicken; Peach Cobbler DAY 2 - "At the Campsite" MENU: Cast Iron Biscuits with Maple Trail Butter; Skillet Mac & Cheese; Grilled Zucchini; BBQ Chicken Skewers; Homemade Graham Cracker S’mores DAY 3 - "At the Amusement Park" MENU: Mini Corn Dogs; Salad on a Stick; Burgers with Homemade Pretzel Rolls & Pickles; Funnel Cake Sundaes DAY 4 - "At the Beach" MENU: Hush Puppies with Cinnamon Butter; Sweet Corn Succotash; Fresh Fries; Coconut Shrimp with Sweet and Sour Sauce; Key Lime Pie Cups DAY 5 - " At the Border" MENU: Chips and Pico de Gallo; Mexican Rice; Frijoles Negros; Fajitas; Tres Leches Parfait Dietary Restrictions & Allergy Info: We are happy to accommodate most common dietary needs and restrictions. While we may not be able to provide substitutes for every dish involving egg, dairy, or gluten, we always ensure that each camper has several safe and delicious options each day. Camp can also be made vegetarian upon request. Please email us at thefoodieschool@gmail.com before registering if your child has allergies. Some restrictions may not be able to be accommodated depending on the class menu. All common allergens may be present or used in the space, including dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. NOTE: We do not offer before or after camp care. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 10:15 AM and pick up no later than 1:45 PM.

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
